- Leaderboard data received from BanditCamp or Splits for the selected board and period.
- Public Steam profile information used to display leaderboard entries, including Steam ID, public display name, avatar, and public profile link.
- Monthly leaderboard snapshots stored by the backend, including Steam IDs, ranks, prize labels, and wagering totals.
- Stored raffle draw records for completed raffle periods, including the board, period, winner details, ticket totals, and draw timestamp.
- Basic technical request data that may be recorded by the hosting provider, reverse proxy, or server infrastructure, such as IP address, browser, and request timing.
2. How We Use Information
- To fetch, display, and update leaderboard standings.
- To enrich leaderboard entries with public Steam profile names and avatars.
- To keep monthly leaderboard history and reward records.
- To calculate raffle ticket totals, request or verify a raffle winner for a finished period, and show a consistent stored raffle result after the draw is complete.
- To detect service issues, misuse, or operational problems.
- To verify eligibility for rewards when account ownership confirmation is required.
3. Third-Party Sources and Services
This website depends on third-party services, including BanditCamp, Splits, Steam, Discord, Random.org where used for raffle draws, and the hosting or CDN providers used to serve the site. Those services may process data under their own terms and privacy policies.
4. Cookies and Local Storage
This site does not currently use analytics, advertising, or marketing cookies in the website codebase.
5. Retention
Monthly leaderboard snapshots and stored raffle draw records may be retained in backend log files until they are manually removed or replaced as part of site operations.
6. Sharing
We do not sell personal information through this site. Information may still be disclosed to infrastructure providers, upstream leaderboard providers, Steam for public profile lookups, or when required to protect the site or comply with legal obligations.
7. Security
Reasonable technical measures are used to protect the site, but no website or online service can guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Choices
If you do not want your data to appear on the leaderboard, your primary option is to avoid participating in the underlying affiliated activity that feeds the leaderboard. For privacy or correction questions, contact the team through the linked Discord.
