These terms apply to the DeGenerateGer leaderboard website and related rewards activity.

1. Eligibility

You must meet the legal age and legal jurisdiction requirements that apply to your location and the underlying platforms.

The site may ask you to confirm those eligibility conditions before you continue, and it may store that confirmation in your browser's local storage so the notice is not repeated on every visit from the same device and browser.

The offers, rewards, and related pages on this site are not directed to people located in restricted countries or territories, and access may be limited or blocked where those restrictions apply.

You are solely responsible for making sure your access and participation are lawful where you live and where you are connecting from, including any rules that apply to gambling-adjacent promotions, rewards, or account verification.

2. Leaderboard Rules

• Entries are based on tracked wagering activity for the displayed period.
• You may be required to verify ownership of your account (for example, via Steam ID and Discord verification) to receive rewards.
• Abuse, automation, multi-accounting, or manipulation can result in disqualification.

3. Raffle Rules and Random Draws

• Raffle entries are ticket-based. Ticket rates are determined by the site for the active raffle board and may differ between boards.
• Only tracked wagering activity recorded for the displayed raffle period counts toward ticket totals.
• When a raffle period ends, the site may perform a single ticket-weighted draw to select a winner.
• Where implemented on the site, the winning ticket number is requested from Random.org to reduce operator control over the final selection.
• The winning result for a finished raffle period may be stored by the backend and shown on refresh so that the published result remains consistent for that period.
• You may be required to be present in the linked Discord or complete account verification to claim a raffle reward.
• It is solely your responsibility to reach out and claim any giveaway, raffle, or reward listed on this site within a reasonable time. Winners are not always contacted or given their reward automatically, and unclaimed rewards may be forfeited.

4. Rewards and Payouts

• Reward amounts and payout windows may change at any time.
• If suspicious activity is detected, payouts may be delayed, adjusted, or denied.
• Final interpretation of ranking, eligibility, and payout decisions is made by site operators.
• Rewards may be withheld, voided, or reallocated if a user is disqualified, fails verification, violates platform rules, or accesses the site from a restricted jurisdiction.

5. Verification, Fraud, and Enforcement

• The site may require age, identity, account-ownership, location, Discord, or Steam verification before a reward is paid or a claim is finalized.
• We may refuse, delay, suspend, or cancel a reward or account action if there is evidence of fraud, automation, multi-accounting, VPN abuse, scraping, manipulation, or other suspicious behavior.
• We may investigate claims and request reasonable supporting information before issuing any reward.
• Access to the site or a reward claim may be suspended or terminated at any time for policy violations or legal compliance reasons.

6. Third-Party Services

This site references third-party platforms and services, including Banditcamp, Splits, Steam, Discord, and Random.org where used for raffle drawing. Their own terms and policies also apply when using those services, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, decisions, or restrictions.

7. No Warranty and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, or uninterrupted access to any third-party provider used for leaderboard data, prize pricing, or raffle drawing.

The site may be disrupted, suspended, taken offline, or permanently discontinued at any time without notice, and any ongoing leaderboard, raffle, or reward activity may be delayed, changed, cancelled, or never paid out if that happens.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses, missed rewards, downtime, data errors, delayed draws, third-party outages, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site.

If something goes wrong, your only practical remedy is to stop using the site and contact the team through the linked Discord.

8. Responsible Use

You should not use the site if gambling, wagering, or reward-based promotions are not legal where you are located, or if you are using the site in a way that violates platform rules or local law.

If you want to self-exclude or stop using the site, simply discontinue access and clear the browser storage used for the age notice if needed.
